In 1913, John Choura Sr. utilized his discipline as a journeyman in the Meat Cutting Industry to create his own market in Chicago, Illinois.

This courageous step began a legacy of superior service by offering quality food and beverage products one guest at a time.

At Choura Venue Services we are proud of our family’s four generations of commitment to the hospitality and service industries.
